SER AVIGNON CARITA ("we", "us", "our") operates the LeLiveBoost Chrome extension and the leliveboost.com website. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the GDPR. It accurately reflects the data practices declared to the Chrome Web Store.

We collect your name and email address for account creation and subscription management. Whatnot usernames are stored in your local buyer CRM and VIP lists within the extension.
Your LeLiveBoost account credentials are used to authenticate access to the service. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. License validation requests are sent to leliveboost.com servers.
Subscription billing is processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe is the data controller for your payment card details. We do not store card numbers on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant.
The extension reads Whatnot live chat messages in real time to enable size detection and queue management. It can send direct messages to buyers and followers via automated DM campaigns that you configure and trigger. These communications are processed locally and via your Whatnot session.
The extension tracks live stream analytics (viewer counts, sales, bids), monitors buyer behavior for the CRM, and enables competitor tracking via the Spy Live mode. Analytics data is stored locally per stream in your browser.
The extension parses Whatnot page content including chat messages, product listings, viewer data, and stream metadata. This parsing occurs locally in your browser to power the extension features.
Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) automatically receives your IP address and standard HTTP headers when you load our pages. This is used for security, DDoS protection, and performance, not for tracking.
The extension stores data locally on your device using chrome.storage. This includes:
This local data never leaves your device unless you are on a paid plan that enables server sync. You can delete all local extension data at any time by removing the extension from Chrome.
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality. We do not use your data for creditworthiness assessments or lending decisions.
We use only essential cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
No other third parties receive your personal data. We do not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
