Affiliate Terms

  • Commission rate: 20% recurring for the lifetime of the referred customer's subscription.
  • Cookie duration: 60 days from the date of the referral click.
  • Payout: Monthly, via bank transfer (SEPA for EU), USDC on Solana or Ethereum, or Stripe Connect (coming soon). Minimum payout: $100 (or equivalent). A $3 processing fee applies per payout.
  • Prohibited activities: spam, misleading claims about the product, bidding on the "LeLiveBoost" brand keyword in paid ads, and publishing on coupon/deal sites without prior written approval.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 30 days written notice. Pending commissions on confirmed sales will still be paid out after termination.
  • Fraud: Self-referrals, creation of fake accounts, and any other abuse of the affiliate program results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
  • Rate changes: We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days advance notice to active affiliates.
  • By joining the program, you agree to these terms and any updates we publish with reasonable notice.
